Sophia Mackson
Sophia dreams of finishing her masters and making performing the Viola a full time career.
A major limitation that she experiences with her disability is being able to practice for long periods of time with her current Viola, its size, weight and set up.
Thanks to your donations, we’re able to give her the best possible chance of achieving her dreams of performing and composing. Shout out to the team at the Sydney String Centre for the tour and the time dedicated to finding Sophia the correct instrument that suits her.
Tommy Andrews
Inspired through his love of Marvel and DC Comics, Tom wanted to create and express his imagination with his own comic book. Through your donations, we were able to facilitate mentorship for Tom’s journey, the publication of three different stories, plus obtain the assistance of three artists who brought his vision to life.
You can read Tom’s full Anthology here.
Thank you to mentor Luke Milton and artists Sally Thomas, Fiona Maddock and Thomas Hoskisson for making Tom’s dream a reality.
Alex Blackmore & Isobella Nitschke
To take your sporting dreams to the next level, it’s paramount to have the support by using the correct equipment. Teammates Alex and Isobella show off their new foundation basketball wheels.
All donations help to fund initiatives that are tailored to help young people with disability achieve their dreams.
