Dylan Alcott AO, 2022 Australian of the Year, is one of the world’s most successful Paralympians, media personalities, and disability advocates. A 23-time Grand Slam champion in Quad Wheelchair Tennis and a Paralympic Gold Medallist in both wheelchair tennis and basketball, Dylan made history in 2021 as the first male athlete to achieve a Golden Slam. Born with a tumour wrapped around his spinal cord, he overcame a life-threatening illness to become a trailblazer in sport and beyond.
Since retiring from professional tennis, Dylan has focused on his mission to change perceptions of disability. He is a global keynote speaker, actor, and the founder of the Dylan Alcott Foundation, which provides grants, scholarships, and mentoring to young Australians with disability. He further co-founded Get Skilled Access to promote disability inclusion and launched The Field Jobs to connect job seekers with disability to employers. Dylan is also the founder of Ability Fest, the world’s only fully inclusive and accessible music festival. His relentless drive is rooted in his mission to create a world where people with disability can live the lives they deserve.

Like many people, Martin didn’t know too much about disability until his second son Dylan was born. He’s been on a learning curve ever since and has been able to observe first hand many of the challenges people with disability face.
With a background in sales, marketing and management with global brands such as L’Oréal, Adidas and Mizuno and then establishing his own successful distribution company MAD Agencies, Martin moved into the disability space in 2016 co-founding Get Skilled Access and then the Field.jobs in 2022 with Dylan. He is driven to firmly establish the Dylan Alcott Foundation so it can deliver its mission of helping young Australians with disability achieve their gaols and dreams both today and in years to come.

Zack is dedicated to driving generational social change for people with disability. With a background in marketing and sales, he has worked with brands like Red Bull, Hendricks Gin, and Glenfiddich, before focusing on inclusion and accessibility. Zack founded Ability Fest, Australia's first inclusive music festival, which has gained international recognition for its accessibility and inclusion. He also leads national awareness campaigns addressing bias and barriers faced by people with disability.
In addition to his work at GSA, Zack serves on the boards of the Dylan Alcott Foundation and the Australian Festivals Association. He oversees inclusion programs for major organizations, including the MCG, Tennis Australia, and the Department of Transport Victoria. These experiences have provided Zack with invaluable insights into the complexities and possibilities surrounding accessibility and inclusion, in which he is committed to fostering inclusivity in all aspects of life.

Highly experienced and regarded talent manager and sports marketing executive. Mark brings a deep and active commercial acumen and network to the activities of the DAF. As Dylan's long time manager Mark provides a conduit to a broad range of his activities for the betterment and growth of the DAF.

Hayley is a senior marketing leader, with over 20 years’ experience in delivering large-scale brand, integrated communications and sponsorship programs. With a career spanning financial services, sports and major events, Hayley has led high impact initiatives across Brand, Product, Community, the Arts, and sport programs including Olympic and Commonwealth Games. Hayley is passionate about building partnerships with purpose.
Hayley met Dylan in 2015 in her capacity as Head of sponsorship at ANZ, and they worked together to found a successful brand partnership, advocating for inclusion in advertising. Hayley has been a Director of the Foundation since 2017.

Born and raised in Tasmania, James moved to Melbourne in 2015 to continue his accounting career and in 2018 became a Partner of Wheelhouse Advisory. James is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and is a highly supportive Director at Wheelhouse. With a wealth of experience in cash flow and forecast modelling James acts as a trusted Virtual CFO for many of his clients. We are fortunate to have James sitting as a trusted advisor on the board of the Foundation. In his role as BM, he hopes to see the Foundation continue to grow its reach across Australia, giving youth with disability the opportunity to succeed in all facets of life. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching various sports and spending time with his family and friends.

With has 25 years personal and professional experience in the non-for-profit, health and disability sectors. This includes large scale event management, fundraising, and grant writing.
Emily has been involved with DAF since her son, Sam, became a grant recipient in 2019. From the initial grant of an electric trike to encourage Sam's independence, the DAF have supported him, in building his confidence and skills, to pursue work in theatre and media. To the DAF Board, Emily brings her lived experience as a parent of a child with disability and her knowledge of the fundraising management sector.
DAF is looking to build stable annual income streams, in order to continue its awesome work for young people with disability.

Colin is a leading Tax Partner in Ashurst in Sydney with over twenty years' experience in the taxation field. For the past 14 years Colin has focused in assisting both public and private sector clients with complex advice and dispute work, ranging from audit negotiation and resolution through to litigation in the Federal, Supreme and High Court.
Colin was born with cerebral palsy, which impacts his mobility on his right hand side. He also has epilepsy. Colin is honoured to be a member of the board of the Dylan Alcott Foundation to assist others with a disability be able to pursue their dreams and ambitions. Colin is passionate about the work the Foundation does to educate and change minds about the capability of those with a disability and celebrate their strength.
